PCVdigital provides each property business with their own branded platform, through which you manage your end clients – this means that each of your clients is able to provide their ID information directly to you through a personalised private link. The PCV Digital Assistant reviews the client’s ID information, validates it, and provides you with a summary.
Your compliance officer is able to review the client information, add commentary, request further information if needed, and approve the onboarding. You can select the amount of information you need from your customer at different stages in managing the property transaction.
Because the whole process is managed by the Digital Assistant, under your brand, you deliver a personalised, discrete process for your end client, with smart digital tools making it easier to complete the ID verification task, with minimal disruption to the client.
